Return and Exchange
Return and Exchange Policy
At Crestavere Outlet, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
This policy applies to orders placed through our website for delivery within the United Kingdom.
90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy to give our customers additional peace of mind when shopping with us.
You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return under our extended return policy, items must:
-
Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
-
Be in their original condition.
-
Have all original product tags and labels attached.
-
Be free from damage, stains, odours or alterations.
-
Include the original packaging, where reasonably possible.
We recommend trying on clothing carefully, keeping all labels attached and retaining the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact our customer service team within the 90-day return period to initiate your request.
Our voluntary 90-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or restrict them.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing goods online generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to certain legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you must return the goods within a further 14 days, unless we have agreed to collect them.
Customers are entitled to inspect and try on clothing in the same way they would in a physical shop.
Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.
The conditions of our voluntary 90-day return policy do not restrict your statutory right to cancel.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at:
crestavereoutlet@outlook.com
Please include the following information:
-
Your full name.
-
Your order number.
-
The product you wish to return or exchange.
-
The reason for your request, if applicable.
-
Clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
We recommend contacting us before sending any items back to ensure your return is directed to the correct location and processed efficiently.
For statutory cancellations, a clear statement sent to us within the cancellation period is sufficient to exercise your right to cancel. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise this right.
Please retain proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been completed.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns requested due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage, provided this responsibility was communicated before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, damaged or defective product, Crestavere Outlet will cover reasonable return costs where required by UK consumer law.
We recommend using a reliable, tracked delivery service when returning items.
Please ensure that your parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Customers should retain their postage receipt and tracking information as proof of return.
Where we have arranged collection or provided a prepaid return label, please follow the instructions supplied by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless an alternative method has been expressly agreed.
For returns made under your statutory right to cancel, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies, the refund will include:
-
The price paid for the returned product.
-
The original standard delivery charge, where applicable.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
For returns accepted solely under our voluntary 90-day return policy, refunds will cover the eligible returned product. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Refunds for eligible voluntary returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving and assessing the returned goods.
Depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Nothing in this section affects refunds required for faulty or incorrectly described goods under UK law.
Exchanges
We understand that finding the right size and fit is important when shopping for clothing.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another available option, please contact our customer service team within the 90-day return period.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
To qualify for an exchange under our voluntary policy, the original item must meet the return conditions outlined above.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives or arrange an applicable refund.
Depending on stock availability and delivery arrangements, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order instead of arranging a direct exchange.
Any applicable price differences or additional delivery charges will be communicated before the exchange is completed.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Email: crestavereoutlet@outlook.com
Please include your order number and, where available, clear photographs of:
-
The product received.
-
The damaged or defective area.
-
The product packaging.
-
The delivery label, where relevant.
Photographs help us investigate and resolve issues more efficiently, but their absence does not automatically prevent a valid statutory claim.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where goods do not meet these requirements, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
In many circumstances, customers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery. Additional statutory remedies may remain available after this period.
Where required by law, we will cover reasonable costs associated with returning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Crestavere Outlet is committed to handling these issues fairly and in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Items Not Eligible for Voluntary Returns
Under our voluntary 90-day return policy, we may be unable to accept returns of:
-
Clothing that has been worn, washed or used beyond trying it on.
-
Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
-
Items with stains, strong odours or alterations.
-
Products with missing or removed original tags.
-
Personalised or custom-made items, where applicable.
These restrictions apply only to our voluntary return policy and do not override statutory cancellation rights or consumer protections relating to faulty, defective or incorrectly described products.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, customers may inspect and try on products as they would in a shop.
Returned or Uncollected Parcels
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate and complete before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect it or another circumstance attributable to the customer, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law and properly disclosed.
If your parcel is returned to us, please contact our customer service team so that we can review the situation and advise you on the available options.
Any applicable refunds or additional charges will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation.
Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom
This policy applies to customers purchasing products from Crestavere Outlet for delivery within the United Kingdom.
All returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.
Our voluntary 90-day return policy provides additional benefits and does not limit, exclude or replace any mandatory statutory rights.
Customers retain their legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
